Athens Morning Bike Tour

Just a few minutes away from the Acropolis, our tour begins from the biggest pedestrian street in Athens where your tour leader will give you a heads up for the tour’s schedule.

We begin exploring the city passing by the Acropolis Museum with a comfortable city bike for a leisure ride. The tour includes stops in all the main highlights of the capital, such as the National Observatory, the Ancient Greek cemetery in Kerameikos, Thission neighborhood, the Ancient Greek and Roman Agoras, and Athens’ Orthodox Cathedral. Of course, you will have plenty of time to relish the view and take photos of it.

You will be able to get souvenirs and gifts when we pass by the picturesque neighborhood of Plaka. Next, we cycle in the National Gardens, the green oasis in the heart of Athens. Then, we ride to the Presidential Mansion where you can see the ceremonial unit of the Presidential Guards. Next up, we cycle towards the Panathenaic stadium, the symbol of the modern Olympic Games, and to the glorious Neoclassical building of Zappeion Hall.

We will end our tour at the Temple of Olympian Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch, the most impressive picture points in Athens.

Our bike tour is suitable for the average cyclist since your tear leader will lead you through car-free and safe zones and avoid difficult up-hills while giving you tips and suggestions to get the most out of your stay in Athens.
