Cancellation and adverse weather policy

For Daily- scheduled tours

• Up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, there is no cancellation fee.
• Within 24 hours of the scheduled tour departure time, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
• Reschedule is subject to availability and

1. If  you reschedule your tour, up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, there is no extra charge.
2. If you reschedule your tour within 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, we will charge an extra 50% on the total price.

• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

For private tours

• Up to 7 days before the scheduled tour departure time, there is no cancellation fee.
• Within 7 days of the scheduled tour departure time, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
• Reschedule is subject to availability.

1. If  you reschedule your tour, up  to 7 days before the scheduled tour departure time, there is no extra charge.
2. If you reschedule your tour within 7 days to 48 hours before the scheduled tour, we will charge an extra 25% on the total price.
3. If you reschedule your tour within 48 hours before the scheduled tour, we will charge an extra 50% on the total price.
